Amy’s Years

Scott LaBounty, one of my Facebook friends who viewed this album said,
“I didn’t know him, but he definitely seems like someone I would have liked. Any man who in pictures looking to be 20 years apart still playing a Strat and wearing checked flannel is all right by me. RIP Dennis and condolences to all of his friends and family.
I’m sure he would have loved the pictures, Amy, and the love and care put into picking them.”
On my Facebook note, Linda Dane (my roommate in the 80s in Monterey) said to me: “Bittersweet to look and remember… I know your relationship was deep. My heart goes out to you, Lenny, and everyone else touched by his life and death. My prime memory of Dennis was the softness in his eyes whenever he looked at you.”
(Again from my Facebook)
Bonita Clark Quandt (a friend from high school) said:
Well Linda, I guess that means that Amy lit up his life. Amy, his life was complete having you to the end. Sorry you have to be the one to live the grief from parting, but perhaps you are the stronger one to do so. God has more grace and mercy than we can ever know. May Dennis rest in peace, may you find catharsis in making this tribute to his life.

When will I stop missing him?
Great Job! Enjoyed getting to know the olde Dennis before I met him and of course the Dennis I knew! Thanks!
